Heather is the CEO of G(irls)20, an organization that aims to create the next generation of future female leaders. Heather has also managed complex, multi-country education and health interventions across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America for Right To Play. Before joining Right to Play, she worked with CARE Canada, a leading humanitarian organization. In addition to her work in the social profit sector, Heather has a degree in political science and economics from Simon Fraser University and is finalizing a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Victoria.

An activist for women’s and girl’s rights, poverty-reduction and senior citizen care, Heather has volunteered her time with many organizations, including the Kin Club, the YMCA, CARE, Holiday Helpers and the Invictus Games.

Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia and having spent four years in Ottawa, Ontario, Heather now resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
