Catherine M. Wallace is a cultural historian and literary critic on the faculty of the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University. She teaches storytelling to medical students to help them learn to be attentive to their patients’ stories. Catherine helps both students and supervising faculty to survive the process of thesis-writing in medical humanities and bioethics. She takes pride in being able to see the work of others grow.
